International Chefs Congress in NYC

The 7th Annual StarChefs.com International Chefs Congress will take place September 30 – October 2, 2012 at the Park Avenue Armory in New York City. Chef Jason Bond will participate on September 30th with a savory hands-on demonstration entitled “Unwrapping Layers Of Flavor”

On Tuesday October 2nd Chef Bond will compete, along with the five other chosen finalists, in The Vitamix Challenge which will be judged by all-star chef judges Chef Wylie Dufresne of wd~50, Chef Chris Santos of Stanton Social and Beauty & Essex, Chef Alex Stupak of Empellon, and Restaurant and Drinks Editor Andrew Knowlton of Bon Appétit.
